Teaching Hanukkah.

I taught Hanukkah all week (in preparation for Christmas). I taught my students why Jewish people celebrate Hanukkah, about the menorah, how to play the drediel and the Hebrew letters associated with it, the Hora, and today, I made latkes! I was surprised to find that it was a big hit! Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find applesauce over the past 2 years, so sour cream it was!
